Company History
Established in 1968 by Partners Desmond Hulland and Michael Janson-Smith to provide a full range of day to day specialist cleaning services in the Bournemouth area the company quickly expanded into Dorset and Hampshire winning many blue chip contracts and building a reputation for a quality service.
In 1992 Nova were one of the first independent cleaning companies to gain BS570 now the ISO 9001 British Quality Standards and expanded its operations to incorporate a Specialist Cleaning Division and High Level Window Cleaning Division
Nova prides itself on providing a professional bespoke cleaning programme for all clients with continuous monitoring and reviews being undertaken by fully trained Auditors and Contract Managers
In January 1999 Susan Ferguson took over as General Manager and has since strengthened the companies Market Share and is committed to increasing the company profile ensuring that all Nova’s clients receive a Quality Service that represents best value for money.
Since the Companies inception in 1968 there have been numerous changes to cleaning techniques and practices. Innovation has ensured that cleaning is evolving constantly.
