1. What areas do you clean?
With over 40 years experience in the cleaning industry, we have the expertise and equipment to clean all areas within your business premises.
2. Do I get the same cleaner each week?
Yes, we do not use agency staff or sub contract, so the cleaning operatives are assigned specifically to your contract.
3. Do you provide Janitorial supplies?
Yes, together with the equipment and the detergents needed for the cleaning process, we can supply your office with toilet paper, paper hand towels, liquid soap, bin liners, refuse sacks, dishwasher detergent, washing up liquid, kitchen rolls and a lot more! We can provide all kinds of janitorial and hygiene products at very competitive prices. Just give us your specification list and we will take care of everything.
4. Are you environmentally friendly?
Yes, our purchasing department will seek products and methods of application that are environmentally friendly. We use on site recycling and always dispose of our chemicals in a friendly way.
5. Are the cleaners insured?
Yes, we have both public liability insurance, with cover up to £5 million, and employers insurance, with cover up to £10 million.
6. Will I be on the phone a long time when I need to contact you?
No, all our calls are answered from our Head Office, we will not make you listen to hold music!
7. What happens if my cleaner does not turn up for work?
It is our intention to always service your premises with an operative as agreed. We also employ a fully trained team of mobile operatives who will be dispatched to your premises as soon as we are aware of the operative’s absence.
8. Do you provide cleaning materials and equipment?
Yes, we provide all the cleaning materials and equipment we need to carry out the job successfully.
9. Do you clean before or after working hours?
We can clean any time. Just let us know what is convenient for you. Of course, if you do require us to clean outside your working hours, then we will need to arrange access to the premises for our cleaning operatives.
10. Will I have to wait for the cleaner to finish before I can leave work?
No, with your permission, our cleaning operatives will have their own key to the building and will be able to set the alarm when they leave.
