All our staff are employed directly by us and paid directly into their bank accounts. The British Institute of Cleaning Science has devised the training regime, which Nova currently operates to maintain the specification that was tailor made for you. We provide our staff with Uniforms and full support from their Contract Managers. They receive a good rate of pay and holiday entitlement - We look after them so that they can look after you.
Our Daily Cleaning Division, Which is our core business, is strongly backed up by the discipline of our ISO 90001 Quality Management System and its robust systems and procedures ensure that we meet the expectations of our clients.
